I first met Claire over 14 years ago when my daughter Tabitha first started Harpers nursery. Tabitha came rushing out at the end of her first day to say she had made friends with Pea.  She then dragged me over to meet her and her Mum. From then on Claire and I became friends too.

Claire was the most wonderful friend, always smiling, always happy, always thoughtful and would do anything for you.

We both shared a love of reading and would often recommend the different books we were reading to each other. Claire always knew how to choose a good one to recommend. We both shared a love of the author Lisa Jewell and I remember on one of Claire's clinic visits she said she had Lisa with her to keep her company.

A lasting memory of her I will have, will be our last zoom call just before Christmas between Becky, Katya and myself.  We spent most of it in laughter as Becky’s connection just kept freezing whilst she was trying to show us around her shop.
